1pk may request a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport to verify your identity and age. KYC is typically triggered before your first withdrawal or when a large deposit is made. Upload a clear photo of both sides of your CNIC via the account verification section. Documents are reviewed within one to two business days.

On the 1pk login page, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your registered Pakistan mobile number. An OTP will be sent by SMS. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. No. 1pk enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is a breach of the 1pk Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed, balances forfeited, and pending bets voided. If you have accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately.

To close your 1pk account, log in and navigate to Account Settings, then select 'Close Account'. Withdraw your remaining PKR balance before submitting the closure request. Alternatively, email [email protected] from your registered contact with a closure request and your mobile number. Note that if you are closing due to problem gambling, the self-exclusion tool is a faster and more immediate option.
