Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed, all balances may be forfeited, and all pending bets may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. Any activity conducted through your 1pk account will be attributed to you. 1pk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such unauthorised use results from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
All monetary transactions on 1pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1pk supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20, subject to availability at the time of transaction. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. 1pk reserves the right to request identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. 1pk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, including JazzCash and Easypaisa infrastructure outages.
1pk reserves the right to reverse or void any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, affected funds will be credited or debited to the account accordingly, and 1pk will notify the account holder.
All bets placed on 1pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event, as published within the 1pk Help and Rules section. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to that event or market.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 1pk system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the User, except where explicitly permitted under a specific market's rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where available). 1pk reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
The settlement of bets will be determined by reference to official results from the relevant governing body of the sport or competition — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL results, or MLB for baseball outcomes. In the absence of an official result, 1pk may use recognised data providers to determine settlement, and such determination shall be final.
